Surf Progression Week

Our week-long deep dive for beginners and improvers – ideal if you’re stuck at a certain level or want to speed up your progress with some proper structure. It’s a great way to experience our surf, yoga and soul food, even if you’re not staying with us at Soul & Surf Portugal.

The week will run from Sunday – Friday with Wednesday as a rest day or Thursday to Tuesday with Saturday as a rest day.

5 x 2-hour surf lessons with our ISA-qualified coaches
5 x video analysis sessions
5 x Soul of Surfing workshops
5 x delicious lunches at Soul & Surf Portugal
All transport and gear – surfboard, leash, rash vest & wax
